The rooms were quiet, bright, and the beds were comfortable. the location of the property was marvelous, situated right in the main square of the walled city. I also enjoyed some drinks at the Lord High Admiral bar, just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the center of the charming old town of Ciudad Rodrigo, known for its beautiful medieval architecture. the room offered a modern and comfortable atmosphere, complete with internet access, a glassed-in balcony, and a full bath, which I truly appreciated. Plus, Plymouth Hoe is only 2 km away, making it easy to explore.

The soundproofing of the rooms is impressive, allowing for a peaceful stay. The room we stayed in, room 001, had a glazed terrace perfect for our dog. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the overall decoration of the room was consistent with the building's antiquity. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. It's a great property for a short stay and also a good base for exploring other towns in Salamanca Province or taking a day trip to Guarda, Portugal.
Felt extremely welcome, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ciudad Rodrigo with our large family. The location right on the main square was ideal, and the rooms were incredibly soundproof. It was great to have modern amenities like a TV, radio, and even a computer with free internet in the room. Our kids absolutely loved staying in a former jail building and the unique atmosphere it provided. The owner was friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and nearby attractions. The lively Plaza Mayor, with its cafes and restaurants, added to the charm of our stay. The preserved medieval buildings in the historic town were truly impressive.
My wife says that it would have been even better if the hotel offered breakfast facilities for families with children.

A charming hotel with original features and a prime location. Great for exploring the beautiful countryside and visiting the nearby World Heritage Site. The staff at the tour desk were oh-so-helpful.
Who needs an elevator anyway? Walking up to my room on the high first floor was such a delightful workout.

The hotel maintained the original features, like exposed stone walls and balconies. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The countryside was perfect for hiking and cycling. The tour desk was helpful. The cathedral was just a short walk away.
Oh, how I loved the lack of parking in the tightly controlled old town! Really added to the charm.

The rooms at Palacio Antigua Audiencia are amazing! They are so comfortable and cozy, with everything you need for a perfect stay. I loved the private bathroom with the hairdryer - it made getting ready in the morning a breeze. The seating area in some of the rooms was a nice touch too, giving me a place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a great bonus, perfect for winding down with some Netflix. The air conditioning kept the room cool and refreshing, allowing me to escape the heat outside. And the free toiletries and hairdryer provided were a nice touch too. Finally, the free Wi-Fi and wired internet in the air-conditioned room were really handy for staying connected and planning my next adventure. the rooms at Palacio Antigua Audiencia made me feel right at home.
One thing I wasn't too crazy about was the private bathroom with the bath and bidet. It's not really my thing, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

Our room was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with a spacious and clean bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and well-maintained rooms that had a lovely vintage decor. The location couldn't be any better, right in the heart of the main square, and the staff treated us with warm and friendly service throughout our stay.
The only breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
